MODEL STATE EMERGENCY HEALTH POWERS ACT (MSEHPA)

The purpose of this section is to provide general information pertaining to the MSEHPA; as far as possible to provide current updates of the action in specific states as it is introduced; and to support one another by making phone calls, sending faxes and e-mails whenever and to wherever they are needed.
The proposed Act was introduced in Pennsylvania as HB2261 on December 20th in the House of Representatives which gave us some time to formulate ideas for this section before the flurry of activity begins in the new year.
BE PREPARED
We should all be on the alert for a form of the bill to be introduced immediately as states' legislative sessions open in 2002. We're creating a Pennsylvania Only e-mail group in order to network with other individuals and groups here, and strongly urge you do the same in your respective states. If you already have a group formed we'll post the information in this section to help facilitate the networking if you wish.
During the first half of 1995 individuals and organizations in all states rallied to contact state legislators and inform them of the dangers of the planned Conference of States. As information came in we updated the status sheet for all states, as well as faxing/ posting/ mailing any information that could be used to convince legislators of the true intentions behind the COS.

We're willing to make the same effort with the proposed State Emergency Health Powers Act - utilizing this section - realizing that its success will depend upon you all keeping us informed and by your disseminating the information.
The difficulty possible with the MSEHPA is that it is doubtful the proposed bills will be identical in every state, as were the resolution for the Con-Con in '93 and the COS in '95.
When the political 'powers that be' want an exceptionally onerous bill passed, it is done so by various devious methods. It's a shame that these words would even enter our minds, and yet appropriate to the political process today, we must know the adversary. There are few (we know of none) true statesmen in politics today. Of course, this will offend no-one if the shoe doesn't fit. The word 'politics' is self-defining: (poli) (tics) = many ticks. Ticks are parasites which suck the life blood from their hosts.
When state legislators - and local elected officials - allow themselves to be controlled and manipulated by party leaders, governors and their oath of loyalty to a secret brotherhood rather than answering to their consciences and standing firm to their oath of office, they become not only our adversary... they become their own worst enemy, for it is an inescapable Law of Creation that "as we sow, so shall we reap".
This section will be developed according to information received and as time permits. Due to the absurd numbers of e-mails we get daily, if you have an important message that should be posted and forwarded and see no response it probably means the mail was lost in the shuffle. A quick phone call could expedite our action. (information at the bottom)
CAN OUR EFFORTS MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
YES. If you will: 1) set aside doubts, fears and hopelessness; 2) commit yourself to the task; and 3) ASK in prayer for instruction and guidance.
YES. If you know that "With God/Creator, ALL things are possible" we cannot fail.
REMINDER:
The attempt to dupe state legislators into calling for a general Constitutional Convention from the mid '70s through '93 failed. The attempt to dupe state legislators into calling for the Conference Of States (a back-door effort at a Con-Con) in 1995 also failed. The efforts failed because of the concerted action of hundreds, then thousands, then tens of thousands of people.
The names may be changed to protect the guilty; however, be assured that the engine driving this proposed Model State Emergency Health Powers Act originated from the same source that orchestrated the past assaults on the Constitution; that established the United Nations; and that pulls the strings of most all politicians and bureaucrats today.
(FYI - the UN, formerly known as the League of Nations was originally most appropriately called The League To Enforce Peace. The MSEHPA is a serious attempt to enforce their definition of PEACE: that is a total absence of resistance to their plan for World Dominion.)
Repeated frontal assaults on the Constitution having failed, it appears once again they hope to simply dupe state legislators into foregoing their oaths (to uphold the Constitution) under the guise of "necessary for the security and safetyof the people".
The MSEHPA if passed will constitute an abrogation of the law-making authority of state legislators in favor of a dictatorial governor and appointed bureaucrats. Under the declared emergency they will then claim that the Constitution has been 'temporarily suspended.'
No law can suspend the Constitution unless we, the people, allow it to happen by virtue of our apathy. That is not an opinion; it is a fact. In all fifty states combined there are a total of 7,500 state legislators (give or take a few).
According to Utah Governor Michael Leavitt in a secret CSG strategy meeting in 1995 we were "only about 3 to 4 million strong." (many attendees of that secret meeting represented the international oil interests/money lenders)
An article in USA TODAY titled "Hate Groups Using Sept. 11 to Further Causes", (11-27-01) claims hate groups (those of us who do not defend the neverendingwar and do defend the Constitution) are enlisting sympathizers to our cause. Brian Levin, director of the Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism at California State University, said:
"Polls show that about 8% of the nation's people hold similar views".
Mostly the polls are skewed to suit the fancy of the globalist Zionists who control the media, and they surely wouldn't want to present an over-blown number of people awakening to their lies. We might presume then that the percentage is actually higher than 8%. That implies that our numbers have increased nearly tenfold in less than six years.
Reason dictates, however, that simply 'knowing' what is happening serves no purpose whatever. Along with the gift of knowledge comes responsibility to put that knowledge to wise use. So then, you must honestly search your heart and answer to the question: what are you willing to do?
If 20 to 25 million people began moving in the same direction. . . contacting, meeting with, informing, educating state legislators and local officials (township, county, city) what miracles could happen? In '95 the COS was to be held in 'historic Philadelphia', where the first Con-Con convened in 1787. Because of pertinent information supplied them, the Philadelphia City Council passed a resolution opposing the COS as planned. That simple action alone carried a tremendous amount of weight with other elected officials.
QUESTION:
Will we fold up because of an illusion of indomitable power being projected by the rulers of darkness of this world, by spiritual wickedness in high places? Or will we stand strong and firm in the True Light, knowing. . . always knowing that "with God/Creator, ALL things are possible?

QUESTION: How many elected officials -- judges, lawyers, bureaucrats and even family members -- serve as the "mass of Masons", who take the oath of loyalty (not to the Constitution); who gain their seats of office, promotions and business successes by their membership in the brotherhood; and who are bound by the oath to serve their 'brothers' over all else? Are they finding 'more light'?... or "darkness, ever deeper than before"? How many of them have the moral and spiritual strength to disengage from the darkness?
