Three news articles: 1) Circuit court judge said Michael Schiavo can sue the governor; 2) 2nd District Court of Appeals issued indefinite 'stay' on Schiavo's suit; 3) — all in a four day time span mind you — Appellate court judge has now lifted the stay and Schiavo's suit can proceed. The courts could not EVER usurp this power; it must be GIVEN them, and the givers would be the lawmakers. Who do YOU think is in control of this nation? The 'lawmakers' or the judges?

At age 33, Kate Adamson had a stroke which caused her to be in a condition similar to Terri's. She could hear and see, but couldn't speak. Appearing on Fox News Channel last night, Kate told of her experiences. When asked what went through her mind when her feeding tube was removed for eight days, Kate stated: "I thought I was going insane. I was screaming out, Don't you know I need to eat? ... The hunger pangs overrode every thought I had."

When asked by Greta Von Susteren on Fox News what the fractures could be from he said, "from an auto accident, a fall, or the trauma can be from some kind of beating that she obtained from somebody somewhere. It’s something that should have been investigated in 1991".

Several media sources, including both CNN and Fox News Channel, are now reporting that the Senate has passed "Terri's Bill" and Gov. Bush has signed it and ordered that the feeding tube be reinserted. Meanwhile, Michael Schiavo has appealed to the courts to have the reinsertion of the tube stopped and has been turned down.

The Tampa Tribune reports that The Florida House of Representatives passed a bill 68-23 last night that would "give Bush the authority" to order Terri Schiavo's feeding tube replaced — even though he's had the authority all along. The measure faces the Senate today.
