Every page for the book,
The Nameless War, has now been converted from .htm to .shtml files to facilitate server parsing of the pages. Now, all of the pull-down menus are once again loading properly, greatly aiding in navigation of the book.
While I was in that section, I noticed that the SSI was not functioning on the
How Wars Are Made main page as well. That too is now fixed.
