Jewish Persecution section 15

Added a link to section 16 of the book from section 15 so readers wouldn't become confused and think that section 15 was the end of the book. Section 16 is still under construction, but section 17 is already posted. Section 17 is linked from section 16 so that there is continuity in the entire reading process.
