Our good friend, Patrick, did all of us a favor, recently. Patrick notified us that we have a failed script error when attempting to use the pull-down menu to access the next chapter on the book,
Kissinger: The Secret Side of the Secretary of State.
At one time, the redirect script worked properly for this item. I can only assume that it quit working, when we transferred the site to the new server. If this assumption is true, then that means it sat for nearly a year without anyone ever saying anything.
Either no one noticed, or — more likely — several people noticed, but no one ever bothered to let me know that there was a problem so that it could be fixed.
